Custom Cake and Faux Cake Order Policy

LARGE ORDERS (2 tiers+) require booking at least THREE WEEKS in advance with paid deposit.
SMALL ORDERS (single tier) require booking at least TWO WEEKS in advance with paid deposit.

Last minute orders that fall under two weeks can be taken; schedule permitting but will be an additional fee of up to $50.

ALLERGY DISCLAIMER:

It is your responsibility to list any known allergies when ordering our products.

Our ingredients include dairy, egg product, gluten and nuts.
We do NOT specialize in gluten-free and nut free.

​Although we will not bake with these allergens when notified; customers who order these types of cakes will be purchasing at their own risk as cross contamination may be possible.

Picking up an order: 

If you opt to pick up order; a 1 hour window will be given. It is best to stay within that window as we can NOT guarantee orders if you are late. We have other orders that might be scheduled the same day, so it is important to communicate any scheduling issues in advance to allow us to plan our other orders.  

Note: If a client chooses to pick up their order Cakes2Remember is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any mishaps once it has left our premises.   

​*We will always advice you of a safe delivery method. It is up to you to follow the instructions and drive slowly and carefully.  

Delivery: 

Delivery fee will be calculated according to travel distance and or tolls if applicable. Local delivery is $45 and long distance delivery is priced by mileage and tolls.   

We deliver both edible and Faux creations to: Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, The Bronx, New Jersey, and Long Island.  

Shipping: Shipping will be calculated by zip code and is only offered for our Faux Wedding and special event cakes. 

Note: We do Not offer shipping for our Edible custom cakes at this time.
